yeah, my life's been going like that lately...and then the two of you are talking about something, and then it's like *wham* what was the name of that dude that did the thing you were just talking about...and then you find yourself yelling at the clerk cause their register has a touch screen, but can't access the internet, lol

*Sigh*

We ran all over Yangon looking for a refrigerator Tuesday. We went to 8 different stores, costing us about 10,000 Kyat total (sure, it's only about 9 dollars, but once you're used to paying 5 cents for a trip on the bus, 9 dollars looks really big)

If only I had an iPhone and a 3G network, and then of course the companies would need to cooperate and post their products online, and then they would have to be able to receive a call on phone lines that are always working, and then...

Haha, life in this place has definitely forced me to slow down, and expect to not get as much done as I'd like. Even not even having a regular cell phone to play with was an adjustment. If anything, Heather and I have gotten A LOT more time to talk. And we get more of a chance to watch the culture around us with hopes to understand it someday. There are a lot of pluses to life like this.

We miss you and Jen so much!

And by the way, I think this site idea is great!

Man, I get yelled at when I use my iPhone when Jordan and I are doing something, haha. Well, kinda sorta anyway. It's definitely nice to have though when the woman is trying on clothes. Just run a quick email check, or post to twitter. But if she catches me, it's over.
